CONTRATO DE CESIÓN EN INGLES

This Contract of Assignment of a Bargain and Sale Agreement, entered into by and between ____________, identity document __________, number __________________, domiciled at ______________, hereinafter called ASSIGNOR, and ______________, identity document ____________, number _______, domiciled at ______________, hereinafter called ASSIGNEE, in the city of ____________, on this _______, day of the year Two thousand ___________, as follows:

One. The full price hereof is hereby fixed in the sum of ______________ payable for cash, hereupon paid to Assignor, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.

Two. From now on, Assignee acquires and undertakes all the rights and duties of VENDEE under the Bargain and Sale Agreement herein referred to and represents that he knows all the terms thereof, to which he consents.

Three. Assignor is hereby released from any further liabilities he may have assumed with "Original Vendor".

Four. "Original Vendor" gives his consent to this Assignment, binds himself to execute the pertinent deed conveying title to Assignee in the same term as set forth in the Bargain and Sale Agreement herein referred to, and signs these presents in accordance herewith.

IN AGREEMENT WHEREUPON, the parties hereto sign Three copies 3, of the same Tenor and each one receives his hereupon and Assignee, the Bargain and Sale Agreement the subject matter hereof.
